Restricted Inventory
Restricted Inventory provides compliance management by tagging products that require regulatory documentation before sale. Built by Net at Work for manufacturers and distributors using Sage X3, this solution prohibits selling specific raw materials or finished goods to specific clients unless they provide appropriate regulatory documentation. This restriction can also manage purchase orders or block receipt of tagged products. The restricted class may be used to tag products present on regulatory or governmental lists. In these situations, only certified customers at approved locations may order and receive the restricted product, while others may not. In addition, some facilities may be allowed to store while others are allowed to sell the products but not ever take possession. Further, these items may have maximum quantities that can be stored at any time. The Restricted Inventory module provides customers with the functionality at the Ship-To level to control products by location. Sales restrictions are removed when customers provide appropriate documentation to demonstrate regulatory compliance. Prohibiting the sale of restricted products without appropriate regulatory documentation Managing purchase orders or blocking receipt of a restricted product Distinguishing between branches that are approved to order/receive restricted product and those that are not Ensuring maximum stock quantities at each branch site are not exceeded Attaching certification and tracking expirations to provide proactive notice of certification lapses

Safety Data Sheets Management
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Document Management, a Net at Work proprietary solution, allows Sage X3 users to store, manage, and archive SDS documents inside of Sage X3, while using a third-party software to publish SDS documents. The solution allows you to determine the frequency and method of distribution, the recipients of the SDS documents, and the version being distributed. Use the Ship-To and the Contacts information at the customer level to determine frequency and method that will be used when shipping a product to this location. At the product level, select the document, SDS type, and choose to activate or inactivate them. Setup distribution frequency and method by Customer, Ship-To and Contact. Define all SDS documents by product and manage the different versions for each When email is set up as the distribution method, the email with the SDS Document will be triggered at the printing of the delivery. Allow users to review the SDS Documents at the moment the delivery is being processed. Keep history of the different SDS Documents that have been sent to a customer. Be able to track by product or by customer.
