Enhanced Notes for Sage X3
Net at Work’s Enhanced Notes for Sage X3, built by Net at Work, provides an additional layer of detail on top of Sage X3’s notes functionality. Enhanced Notes allows users to use customer and suppliers notes and enhance its features to include new additional fields of setup, including BP Address, Site/Branch, Product, Category and Product Stat Group. Notes will be displayed along with the different transactions in the purchase or sales process. Notes will pop up at the moment the transaction is being created and will allow the user to make required changes. Improve the notes functionality in Sage X3 to accommodate a broader range of information for both customers and suppliers. Meet customer requests for enhanced detail on Make notes specific to BPs, Sites, Product, Category or Stat Group. Set expiration dates for notes. Select the reports where the note is going to be included for each process, Sales or Purchase. Auto Display feature to show the notes at the moment the transaction is being entered. Import notes using Sage X3 templates when required.

LATAM Fiscal Requirements
LATAM Fiscal Requirements is a catalog of localized versions of Sage X3 and Sage 500, developed by Net at Work. As a Sage development partner, Net at Work specializes in assisting North American and European-based companies that have subsidiaries or divisions in LATAM, as well as companies with headquarters in the region. Our catalogue of localized versions include Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Chile. In addition to our standard LATAM catalog, Net at Work also supports Sage X3 and Sage 500 localization for specific countries. For Caribbean companies that do not require a separate country localization, we implement localization systems using the North American legislation with full fiscal compliance. In partnership with a renowned auditing firm, we have access to legal intelligence and make provisions for changes by adding regular updates to our localized versions. As a Sage Development Partner, we work closely with Sage on road mapping the catalog priorities. Net at Work staff members are fluent in the dominant languages in the region: English, French, and Spanish. We are able to support implementations in all three languages to assist non-native English speakers in the region. Net at Work has a main office in Miami, Florida, the U.S. gateway for LATAM, with additional offices in Mexico, Argentina, and Granada.
